[edit]Could this be Chas' dad?

Perhaps a bit young looking? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 60.240.64.225 (talk • contribs) 15:39, 2 October 2006
- I don't expect so - is there anything apart from the name which would make you think that? -- Chuq 08:02, 2 October 2006 (UTC)
Memorable skits on the show that Chas was involved in include: Logies Bonehead (May 12, 2006), Sniffer Dogs (February 17, 2006), Statue Buskers (March 31, 2006) and Current Affairs Visualisations (March 3, 2006).
Memorable according to whom?
Me. I am an expert on television in all it's form and thus have supreme authority.
Further Info

APEC
[edit]New to the whole discussion thing, but under "APEC" you have the following statement: "aimed to get a majority of their members arrested amidst the high security surrounding the APEC Australia 2007 summit in Sydney".
Your source is inaccurate, and this is inaccurate. The team never aimed to get "arrested", they didn't even plan on getting pass the first checkpoint. It was supposed to be a sketch in their episode about failed attempts in getting into APEC (that notable went wrong). —Preceding unsigned comment added by 124.185.131.177 (talk) 10:58, 17 September 2007 (UTC)
Here's one of such sources that verifies this: http://www.thewest.com.au/aapstory.aspx?StoryName=417603
The latest episode of the TV show also proved this.
Edit: To the person who keeps changing my changes back, please read this and discuss why you're doing this with me. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 124.185.131.177 (talk) 03:25, 18 September 2007 (UTC)
- Firstly, the bit about aiming to get a majority of their members arrested is a quote. Julian Morrow said it, according to the cited article. Please stop removing it.
- Secondly, please sign your comments here with four tildes (~~~~). And please stop removing the signatures added by SineBot. Signatures help keep track of who said what, and when. --Imroy 05:13, 18 September 2007 (UTC)
- I should add that in a sense we're both right. The cited article and quote are from before APEC. It was talking about what the group planned for APEC. You're talking about the specific incident involving Chas dressed up as Osama bin Laden in a limousine carrying the Canadian flag. Yes, apparently they didn't expect to get past any security checkpoints and hence, didn't plan on getting arrested in that prank. I just wanted to make sure you understood that the quote and cited article (that you've removed twice) don't actually contradict the information that you've supplied (and we all saw on TV). --Imroy 05:31, 18 September 2007 (UTC)
- Is impersonating a police officer/government official/fraud not illegal in Australia? I could think of multiple crimes that they would've gotten arrested for in the States, some as simple as attempting to access a highly secured area without approval, regardless of whether or not they successfully crossed a checkpoint. I find it hard to believe that they didn't break a single law until they actually successfully crossed the checkpoint; here in the States, they would've been arrested on multiple federal charges simply for trying. 24.14.224.157 (talk) 06:49, 12 January 2017 (UTC)
Fair use rationale for Image:Chaspass.jpg
[edit]Image:Chaspass.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Family
[edit]This sounds weird but I talked briefly to Chas at the Age of Terror Variety Hour and he said that his Mum's naem is Josie (I assume it's short for Josephine) Can I add this to the article? If I get no reply I'll add it anyway by the weekend. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 203.25.195.1 (talk) 05:09, 9 May 2008 (UTC)
