Common name

Regarding the move of this page, C. W. Fulton (71%), Charles W. Fulton (14%), and Charles Fulton (8%) are the only iterations of Fulton's name that constitute over 5% of references to him on newspapers.com in Oregon. Per WP:INITS, a written-out name is preferable to simply initials if the written-out version is used by RS. This is, however, a borderline case where either would be fine.
