NPOV?

Several of the notes toward the end of this page appear to be puffery---I'm thinking in particular of identifying trivial vaguely positive facts about the subject's books. One book had a note that it appears in 500 libraries---a meaningless (and unsourced) fact that seems to have no point other than to create an impression of its importance. The page also trumpets the sales ranking of his edition of the Federalist Papers. (As the Federalist Papers is public domain text in English, its hard to see what having the best-selling edition means---is it the cheapest? Most readable typeface?)
