I believe that this article could be improved by including in line citations (at least one per paragraph), as well as adding a concise introduction that summarises the entire article. This would serve to meet the referencing and structure B class criteria. Once this has been done, I suggest seeking a re-assessment of the article by adding the page name to WP:MHA.
