Notable?

Is this a notable musician? There seems to be little written about him, aside from being the father of another musician. Having a copy of his music at Library and Archives Canada is not a sign of notability, since they collect copies of everything published in Canada.—Anne Delong (talk) 03:59, 19 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
