The term typeface instead of font

In professional typography the term is not interchangeable with the word font which is defined as a complete set of alpha (a-z; A-Z) and beta (0-9) characters in a single point size. For example, 8 point Caslon is a font, and 10 point Caslon is another. CApitol3 21:16, 23 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
