Wikify and unreferenced tags
[edit]Hi. I wikify this article to the extent that it looks like a wikipedia article. The wikify tag is taken off, but I add a tag of unreferenced to warn people (especially students) that the article does not include any citation. I am particularly concerned about the origin of the theory, which, according to the author, is Erich Fromm. While I am not an expert in Erich Fromm, I do not think this theory is the key component to Erich Fromm's thought. I personally find that this theory sounds quite tongue-and-cheek, very much like a book in 158.1 section ( self-help book). To believe it or not, I would leave it to the reader Gerogia 03:23, 16 May 2007 (UTC)
Reference
[edit]I can't remember how to properly cite right now, but I do know a book that makes reference to this theory... "Man for Himself: An Inquiry Into the Psychology of Ethics" By Erich Fromm (ISBN: 0805014039, 9780805014037). It starts talking about the orientations at page 62. See for yourself.
