Section headings in sentence case

Section headings should be in Sentence case (not Title Case), per WP:MOS. I was going to correct them, but not being familiar with the subject matter, I didn't know if some of them are proper nouns: eg. 'Route List' clearly isn't (and therefore should be 'Route list'), but 'Tar Heel Express Shuttles' could well be.
