@Psychologist Guy: Do you have access to Wallace's obituary? It's in the Vegetarian News, April 1927 according to a footnote in this essay. Throughthemind (talk) 20:52, 1 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

No I don't have access sadly to the Vegetarian News. I know someone who might, I will email them. Wallace and her husband had some interesting views, they opposed the use of fermented foods.
