A start ... looks good! Tell us much more about this place. Some pics? You can improve your references. Victuallers 11:20, 21 May 2007 (UTC) You do them[1][reply]

I would suggest two more entries: (maybe a sports section?)

-Last year Chamblee High School football went to the post-season for the first time since 1983.

-Last year Chamblee High School soccer went to the AAAA Championships against Marist and lost 2-1. Marist scored one of their goals by a penalty shot. The Chamblee goalie broke his fingers blocking a shot during the game, but continued to play.

Magnet or Charter

[edit]

Didn't Chamblee high change from a magnet to a charter school recently? If so, the article needs to be updated to reflect that change. -- Roswell native 03:29, 9 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

It is both. Lpvb (talk) 02:45, 7 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I think so too... The people who did this article need to update it so more people would know. 07:03, 20 Febuary 2007 ( Actually.. I forgot... you can edit the page your self.. look at the top of the page . were it says " Edit This Page")

This fact is already mentioned in the timeline under 2001. Please remember to sign your name using four tildes (~). DeineMutter 19:39, 21 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

notable alumni?

[edit]

Eli Porter? Youtube? No, I think air force service and traveling to outer space are more noteworthy. Lpvb (talk) 02:44, 7 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

There are a few questionable people listed under the alumni heading. Either they should be removed, or I should be Added. Techmeltz 03:37, 4 July 2007 (UTC)Techmeltz[reply]

I think Eli Porter and Marv-O should be listed as notable alumni. Does Youtube fame count? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 208.33.152.16 (talk) 15:10, 19 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

WHERE IS ELI PORTER. HE'S MORE FAMOUS THAN ANY OF THOSE OTHER GUYS. THE IRON MIC SHOULD EVEN HAVE ITS OWN SECTION. Lev was also good. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.60.196.195 (talk) 01:36, 27 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I am Thomas Rae Schreiber (Class of 1976) and I never made 113 consecutive free throws in High School. Nor was I ever in "The Guiness Book of World Records." I definately do not belong in the "notable alumni" section (atleast not for this reason :-)). Anyone who knows how to remove me from this list, please do so. However, Heidi Jackthuber(?), a swimmer who graduated in either 1976 or 1977, I believe was a member one of our U.S. Olympic Swim Teams. Anyone who can verify this, please do so. If true, She is definately a Chamblee High School "notable alumni". Thanks, Tom Schreiber, —Preceding unsigned comment added by TSchreiber (talkcontribs) 16:31, 3 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Should the notable alumni section be in order by last name or graduation year?

[edit]

At the moment, the 'Notable alumni' section is in alphabetical order by last name. Would it be better for the alumni to be listed by graduation year? MarkZusab (talk) 14:12, 14 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
