Notoriety?

[edit]

What notoriety? Nothing is mentioned in the section, and I've never heard anything "notorious" about the show. Unless anyone thinks differently, I'll just remove this. Arkyopterix 19:40, 6 June 2007 (UTC) I think differently. Place notoriety back, it's quite famous around youtube, and quite a topic among people.[reply]

I think you are incorrectly defining the word "notoriety." The preferred definition of "notoriety" (answers.com) is "The quality or condition of being notorious; ill fame." Notoriety typically means famous for bad reasons, rather than good ones. VincentValentine29 (talk) 19:10, 17 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Good Morning America

[edit]

Why was "A portion of the episode IV video was aired on Good Morning America on October 12, 2006." taken out? Maybe moved to a different part of the article, but no reason to remove it. PureSoldier 03:14, 14 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

It's back in. Please don't remove information without discussing it first in the future. PureSoldier 02:09, 17 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Channel 101?

[edit]

Shouldn't this page mention that it was originally created for Channel 101? http://www.channel101.com/shows/show.php?show_id=201 87.113.210.98 22:41, 5 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Sure. PureSoldier 23:02, 5 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Quotes

[edit]

I think a quotes section would be pretty cool.

Can someone attempt to clean up the quotes section? It's not very well thought out and needs grammar changes. Also, do we need a quotes section? It seems too much of a fansite addition. PureSoldier 21:48, 26 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

No; But you can make a wikiquote page on it. User:Emigdioofmiami

Not to worry. I made the Wikiqoute article. User:Emigdioofmiami

Chad Vader Blogs

[edit]

Should we mention these things in the article? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=brmDBBP5VP4

^^^ That's just one of them. Anyways, should these be put in the arctle anywere? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 124.180.127.135 (talk) 09:03, 30 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Uh...Didn't Eddie Izzard do this already?

[edit]

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Chad Vader an Eddie Izzard reference? And if I remember correctly, he had his Chad Vader face domestic issues for comedic situations. So, uh, where is Eddie's credit?

UPDATE: Sorry it was Jeff Vader. My mistake.

Aaron whats his face as Vader in the new Star Wars game

[edit]

should we add that? i heard it on GT TV on spike last night. 71.239.103.232 (talk) 07:40, 13 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

It's actually Matt Sloan according to Vanity Fair and Giant Bombcast, Aaron didn't voice Vader in either project.69.204.90.9 (talk) 20:43, 16 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

One from the series' opening sequence would be best. I'm thinking of a screenshot of Vader holding a can with his name/its title at either side of his head. --96.247.100.35 (talk) 09:14, 4 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Edit to article: Chad Vader is not actually a "fan film" series

[edit]

I'm part of the Chad Vader production team, so I'm making a note about this change that I just made to the article. I removed the sentence that Chad Vader is a fan film series. Though Chad Vader has been enthusiastically received as a contribution to the canon of Star Wars fan films, it was not created as a fan film. It's more of a story that has Star Wars satire at its core, but goes beyond that through developing its own universe and characters. In a lot of our press, the term "fan film" has been used, but that doesn't come from us. Though many of the members of the production team enjoy some of the Star Wars films, and we very much appreciate the support of the Star Wars fan community, that is not the main reason that we are making Chad Vader. - Tona Williams —Preceding unsigned comment added by Tonawilliams (talkcontribs) 15:46, 17 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Chocolate Rain anyone? Should this be mentioned? NeverWorker (Drop me a line) 19:04, 9 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Title of Article

[edit]

Shouldn't it be Chad Vader: Day Shift Manager, not just Chad Vader? Emperor001 (talk) 17:31, 11 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The lead needs a ton of work.

[edit]

It doesn't even mention the premise of the show or even describe what the show is about. The lead is supposed to be a summary of the article and mention all its main points, not be a tedious list of its broadcast history. Aaron Bowen (talk) 01:25, 5 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
