Updated FIGO staging (2018)

I updated the text of the staging to reflect the new FIGO staging, which notably adds an additional sub-stage for IB and takes lymph node status into account (up-staging patients to IIIC). The diagrams will need to be updated for the staging updates; was going to do but I ran out of time. Of note, CRUK has updated their diagrams to reflect the FIGO staging update. Initial Analysis of the article	Very short; high importance, as many people likely access this article after pap screening. Last updated with FIGO guidelines from 2018, so might need more recent info. Is there a need for more detail about prognosis, significance, etc, or is this appropriately covered by the Cervical Cancer main article.
Overall organization, what changes	Go into more detail about the clinical tests and findings that contribute to staging - are any findings from a given test specific to a certain stage? Is there controversy about staging in the academic community? Should this be addressed?
What will you add?	We will add more information about the types of tests used to stage cervical cancer, and more information about the specific findings that diagnose a specific stage. There is a lot more information about diagnosis and types of specimens used for each stage that can be added to flesh out information on staging and follow-up studies needed. We need to add a lot of citations to text and images. We could also add photos of specific cervical cancer stages if it seems relevant. We can also add hyperlinks to other wikipedia articles to make finding more information easier - for example, a patient might not know what the anatomy of the cervix/uterus is, so we could add a hyperlink to the article on cervical/uterine anatomy for reference.
What will you augment?	We will either move the images of stages to more closely associate with the text about each stage, or we will add more detailed captions to each image to give them more context.
Roles in the project.	There are only 2 of us, so we plan to equally contribute to the organization, research, and writing. Hmkucsf will add more information to stages based on the FIGO report on microinvasive vs. invasive disease and histopathologic staging. She will add citations to the lines of text that state, “citation needed,” and add more information to those sections as data is found. SandNStone will add history of the FIGO staging. He will also research potential controversy or other staging guidelines in the academic community, and update the image captions.
Team coordination plan:	EWe will use a Google Doc/Drive to organize our text. When we are ready to publish, we will use the SandBox for the page to make sure formatting looks right and hyperlinks work.

Peer Review

I think that the organization of the article is clear. I especially like the picture that was added that visually depicts what the different cervical cancer stages are.

My main suggestion is to make it clear for readers: 1. What is the significance of cervical cancer staging: (Important for prognosis and appropriate treatment) 2. Direct readers back to the "Cervical Cancer" Wikipedia article at the end of the staging session for discussion on what these different cervical cancer stages mean (for prognosis and treatment etc.), just so that readers feel a little more guided between the different cervical stages. 3. I liked the section on the history of cervical cancer to add good context.

The topic of the article left very little room for interpretation or freedom. Hence the current organization is easy to follow and concise. The addition of the images was a good final touch to illustrate the written descriptions. While I realize that the main cervical cancer article has a section on prognosis depending on staging, a short section with basic information on how staging guides clinical practice may be useful.
