There are a couple of reviews out there. Unfortunately the 1997 review is not free, and the 2000 review is rather brief (3 pages). Anything after 2000 is inaccessible to me. Perhaps the textbooks will offer some help. JFW | T@lk 06:13, 23 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
