Retitling section

I renamed the Allegations against Frank Connolly - Shooting the messenger section back to Alegations against Frank Connolly. WP:MOS suggest titles should be short plus Shooting the messenger is probably not the most neutral of headings. GainLine 17:43, 24 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
