Sorry, but this article is problematic in the extreme. Firstly, it begins by claiming to define a certain area as "Central Bangkok", but gives no references to support the assertion. It then goes on to mention details of several separate areas, which shouldn't be within the scope of this article. All the claimed references are articles about individual specific properties, but none cover the concept of a "Central Bangkok" area at all. Now, the question of what consists Bangkok's central business district is one that has been extensively discussed, mostly due to the fact that Bangkok has no such clearly defined area, and it's rather contentious. And I don't think "Central Bangkok" is a term that anyone will recognise, so it also fails the Article Titles policy.
