I agree this district's name has its origins with a commercial development project. However it is now in common use (in the media and amongst Atlantans) so for that reason it merits an entry in Wikipedia. To put it in other words, reliable sources call this a district, so it *is* a district.Keizers (talk) 22:03, 10 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
