The HIAS source says Cecilia became a witness to the first naval battle of World War I. I didn't include it in the article. Contemporary news reports indicate that the Kursk diverted to Plymouth because of the war declaration but no evidence anywhere that the ship was at anytime near any type of battle. Viewing the papers at the time, I think it would have mentioned any unusual incidents of that nature. Schazjmd(talk)20:41, 30 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
