[edit]What is the relevance of Plymouth postcodes and dialling districts in this article?
Everywhere from St.Austell eastwards in Cornwall has a PL (Plymouth code), and Saltash and Torpoint and surrounding areas have 01752 Plymouth dialling codes. So, the Plymouth effect from a bureaucratic viewpoint covers a large area of Cornwall.
Cawsand is very much part of Cornwall, and deservedly so.
However, it needs to be made more well known throughout Cornwall, rather than just being known to Plymouth residents.
