Why is this page named "Catalog of paintings in the Louvre Museum" if it lists painters and not paintings? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 190.136.222.120 (talk) 00:05, 13 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Is there a reason why each line in the catalog is suffixed by "(ID)" or by "(ID's)"? Surely it is obvious that the one or more identifiers at the end of each line is an ID, especially as this is referred to in the introductory paragraph.
