[edit]I don't know if I have formatted the external links section correctly, if someone could check it for me that would be appreciated. MK47X (talk) 18:33, 21 May 2014 (UTC)
not a tutorial
[edit]someone keep an eye on this and stop it becoming a tutorial, as I don't trust myself to avoid doing so Oxinabox1 11:16, 15 August 2006 (UTC)
EXPANSION
[edit]This article needs some TLC immediately! This is one of the smallest stubs I've seen on Wikipedia for it to be such a useful language. I will try to expand some of it soon, from my CASIO manual. Sneakernets (talk) 07:19, 9 December 2007 (UTC)
- Might try to expand this when I get the chance, but not sure I'll be able to find citable sources. Will this be a particular problem if it gets the stub expanded? (BTW I am new, so please correct me if I'm doing something wrong MK47X (talk) 18:19, 19 May 2014 (UTC)
External links modified
[edit]Hello fellow Wikipedians,
I have just modified one external link on Casio BASIC. Please take a moment to review my edit. If you have any questions, or need the bot to ignore the links, or the page altogether, please visit this simple FaQ for additional information. I made the following changes:
- Added archive https://web.archive.org/web/20140519225017/http://www.casiokingdom.org/calculator-forum/index.php?topic=90.0 to http://www.casiokingdom.org/calculator-forum/index.php?topic=90.0
When you have finished reviewing my changes, please set the checked parameter below to true or failed to let others know (documentation at {{Sourcecheck}}

Top section / Code formatting
[edit]The opening paragraph should be broken up, jumps from an intro to history to data types.
I want to add an explanation to the Fibonacci example, will do later, maybe.
Also, wondering how to format the code; as in, should we consistently use the literal symbols used in the language (e.g. →) instead of representations (e.g. ->)? The literal symbols give the advantage of more realistic visual, but when we try to syntax highlight, we get red boxes. The representations removes the red boxes, and is more consistent with how Casio BASIC programmers write the code out, in BIDE (IDE for Casio BASIC), we use ->, != and => instead of typing special characters, but we lose the literality of the code, and how do we represent the '◢'?

How do you use the "Fix" function while programming
[edit]After looking it up, I see that FIX is supposed to round a number to the nearest whole number, but I don't fully know what though. How would you use this function, and if it is not for rounding, what function is and how to use it. 76.68.128.243 (talk) 23:30, 2 September 2022 (UTC)
