Disputed

[edit]

Cash and Carry was instituted for the first time in 1939. Roosevelt later argued for a renewal. Much of the analysis in this article seems dubious. See Neutrality Acts for some sources that could be used here. AxelBoldt (talk) 18:30, 11 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Conflicting articles

[edit]

If I read Neutrality Acts of 1930s correctly, C&C was introduced in 1937, not 1939. Article needs TLC from a specialist. Superp (talk) 08:28, 31 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Material/Materiel?

[edit]

Surely cash and carry was there to allow the purchase of materiel, not material? —ajf (talk) 12:48, 8 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
