Merge
This article looks like it belongs in Case Western Reserve University. Wikipedia doesn't need an article on every graduate school, and if there's nothing more to say on this one, it should live in the parent school's article until there's enough material to fill this one out beyond stub status. I added a mergeto tag, but Neutrality unilaterally reverted it, without comment or discussion. | Klaw ¡digame! 04:59, 25 December 2005 (UTC)
Fair use rationale for Image:UnivLogo Law Blue.jpg
Image:UnivLogo Law Blue.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Notable
This notable alumni list is absurd! Only a couple of these people are "Notable". Simply being a professor somewhere does not make you notable. I propose anyone who doesn't have their own wikipage or won some notable award be removed. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.236.178.220 (talk) 12:12, 22 June 2009 (UTC)
I took it upon myself to trim the notable graduates and pop culture sections. For business/industry, I included only those with a wikipedia article or those who served in a noteworthy position (i.e., I deleted V.P.'s, General Counsels, etc.) For academia, I left only those in academia at US News Top 100 schools. For the pop culture section, I deleted the entries that did not pertain to the law school.1brownsfan (talk) 22:01, 17 June 2010 (UTC) I should disclose that I am an alumnus of Case Law. Maybe the section on academia should be trimmed more, but given the competitiveness of legal academia, I decided to at least leave those at top 100 schools that aren't Case.1brownsfan (talk) 22:08, 17 June 2010 (UTC)
- This would be acceptable if the same standard were applied across the board to all law schools. Are you willing to undertake that? 96.35.172.222 (talk) 01:19, 24 July 2010 (UTC)
