i actually have no knowledge of french political history but have done some editing on this page simply because it needed it badly. if anyone does know about this subject please help spiff up this article. because of my lack of knowledge in the area the following part was not edited but badly need fixing "The following day, the radical-socialist president of the council Edouard Daladier had to resign before the pression of the street". i'm not sure what the original writers intent was but it has been lost in translation. --Tainter20:42, 16 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
