Yes, WP:Philly!

As it says, WikiProject Philly is "an effort to build a comprehensive and detailed guide to Philadelphia and the Delaware Valley on Wikipedia." Since a lot of South Jersey is part of the Delaware Valley, this would be included. Not necessary of utmost importance, I know, but still part of it.
