Factual errors
[edit]There are a number of factual errors in this article, among them the following assertion, The village houses a Carmelite Monastery which it has done since the village was formed thus giving the people of the village the name Carmelites. This is obviously nonsense, since earlier in the article it is noted that the village was included in a land-gift to a Cistercian abbey. Furthermore, while there is a religious community in Carmyle, it is fact a residence of the Verona Fathers. True, some of the locals do apply the monicker Carmelites (or Carmylites) to themselves, this is of localized and very recent origin.
I will now alter the quoted sentence to reflect the objective facts. Nuttyskin (talk) 12:44, 20 July 2015 (UTC)
