Do not delete this article!
[edit]Carlson Gracie is one of the most important pioneers of Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu (AKA Gracie Jiu-Jitsu). He is considered by many to be the finest exponent of this martial art. While this article is very incipient, I think it meets the intent of wikipedia to let articles evolve with time. I´ve just read that he had died of diabetes right now and went straight to wikipedia to see what has been said about him here. I was expecting to find a very good article, something like the article for his uncle Helio Gracie, and was really caught by surprise when I saw this almost empty article/stub. I will be contributing to this article soon, just let me research a little on the subject to put something more meaningfull here, and do not delete it. Regards Loudenvier 19:23, 1 February 2006 (UTC)
Needs tone work
[edit]"Born under the sign of Leo, Carlson's success in the ring and the academy owes something to the fearless and tenacious leadership qualities of that sign."
I think that sentence says it all... Great info otherwise, though. WDavis1911 (talk) 08:00, 4 August 2008 (UTC)
Needs to be rewritten
[edit]This article, especially the fifth through tenth paragraphs, definitely needs to be rewritten or deleted, due to POV. 97.114.21.138 (talk) 18:43, 1 February 2009 (UTC)
