Does anyone know the positions of any of their singles? All I know is Diving reached 34 in Canada? ---NRS11

Title Change

[edit]

I think the title for this page should be changed to 4 Strings. I think it is safe to say that most people know the group by it's name and not by the people actually in it. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 24.125.163.72 (talkcontribs) 01:11, 4 December 2006 (UTC).[reply]

I agree, 4 strings is also Jan De Vos. http://www.discogs.com/artist/4+Strings

I third that. Not only is Carlo Resoort not the only member, but he is not known under that particular alias. Vdeogmplyr2000 16:59, 3 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Madelyne

[edit]

Carlo Resoort has also released the tracks A Deeper Love and Beautiful Child under the alias Madelyne. Beautiful Child is quite renowned in the trance scene, especially its Hiver & Hammer and Milk Inc. remixes. I think that it deserves at least a mention in this article. Ideally, a disambiguation page should also be created for Madelyne linking to the article.

Disambiguation page for Madelyne set up. I will try to incorporate the above material myself in the near future.

Appearances in American DDR games

[edit]

Is there any good place to mention that both "Take Me Away (Into the Night)" and "Diving" were featured on US PS2 installments of the Dance Dance Revolution series? 12.42.50.52 18:20, 13 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I made a trivia section that includes this information just now. I'm sure that there's other trivia to add as well, so there might as well be a point from where to start correcting/adding the information that's necessary. Vdeogmplyr2000 17:26, 3 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Other Members

[edit]

What about Vanessa? Why is she not talked about ANYWHERE in the article, despite that fact that she was the main vocalist on "Believe" and "Turn It Around"? And how about Tina Cousins and Janson Lunar, two people who've done guest vocals? I'm not even sure who the woman on the cover of "Mainline" is either. Content

[edit]

Why does it seem like all of the hard information is in the "Introduction" section, where they are supposed to briefly touch on the subject at hand? And why does that section end with what seems like an advertisement instead of factual information? I'm all for loving 4 Strings, but this is supposed to be like an encyclopedia article, not a band's web page promoting themselves. Vdeogmplyr2000 17:13, 3 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

You are correct, I am going to revert it. Someone keeps puting the promotional biography from the website up instead to making it an encyclopedia article. NRS11 00:04, 4 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
