Proposed merge of Carlito S. Marquez with Carlito Marquez

There is also a "Draft:Carlito Marquez", However all versions lack sufficient citations and there is reason for more than one article on the same person - The name on the congress page is "Marquez, Carlito S." and of the articles this one seems to have had the most information added to it. Repeated addition of unsourced material and removal of maintenance tags

This page and the one from which content was merged (Carlito S. Marquez) have been tagged numerous times for containing information which is not supported by the sources given.
