Notability
[edit]Carl Groszman is notable as he is the songwriter of a notable composition, A Dose of Rock and Roll which Ringo Starr covered and was a chart hit (No. 26 on the Billboard Hot 100). This makes Groszman notable as per WP:COMPOSER. I believe that the notability banner should be removed from the page, and will do so after a month if there is no further discussion here.
