Move to ‘Caretaker Government in Pakistan’

[edit]

@Panam2014:, @Wiki.0hlic:, @Saqib:, Seeing as it would be tedious to create pages for Caretaker CMs of each provinces, could this be moved to a new page, such as ‘caretaker government in pakistan’ where everything about the caretaker system can be explained? • oppose we have 10 caretakers PM since 1993. It is a long list. We should create a new article. --Panam2014 (talk) 19:39, 5 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • support I concur. The Caretaker government's role is a transient one, often limited to a couple of months. It is focused mainly on conducting elections in between proper governments. So, I believe, it doesn't warrant separate pages, if it can be avoided. I think, instead of standalone pages, a unified page elaborating on federal and provincial composition of said caretaker governments under L2 headings is quite practical and logical. - Wiki.0hlic (talk) 19:07, 6 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
@Muzzzmuzzmuzzz and M.Ashraf333: do you have a solution? expending the current article or create new articles is needed now. Panam2014 (talk) 02:25, 25 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I think it’s better to just create one article called “Caretaker governments in Pakistan”. And just have subsections for “Federal” and for each province. Would be nice to have everything in one place. Muzzzmuzzmuzzz (talk) 02:39, 25 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@Muzzzmuzzmuzzz: and add the amendment which created the office. Panam2014 (talk) 03:03, 25 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Caretaker

[edit]

Is the caretaker PM setup unique to Pakistan? If it is, it should be mentioned in the article. // sikander { talk } 13:08, 12 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
