Naming

I like "carbon tetrabromide" better.

Use of CBr4

CBr4 is a solid with a rather high melting point(~90C), so I think it would be highly unlikely for it to find applications in mineral separation as a dense liquid. It is also absent in the list given by Heavy Liquids, and that specific use lacks citations, so I will remove it. Pygos (talk) 07:14, 12 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
