Tchaikovsky's diaries

[edit]

If you have Tchaikovsky's diaries, can you read what it says about his trip to Italy, and also about the composition of the Capriccio? Willi Gers07 (talk) 20:27, 21 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Capriccio ItalienCapriccio italien – French capitalisation conventions require demonyms to be in lower case. It's a little unclear in this case, since the head word "Capriccio" is Italian. But "Italien" is definitely French, so French rules should apply to it. -- Jack of Oz [your turn] 21:49, 22 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
