Yes, this article was previously deleted at WP:Articles for deletion/Capital Services Group. At the time of that discussion, the article was a one-sentence stub.

In its current state, the article is vastly expanded and calls on some outside references. Accordingly, it is not substantially the same article that went to AfD, and some of the concerns from the AfD have been addressed—so CSD G4 does not apply. —C.Fred (talk) 17:26, 25 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
