Incidence

The article currently doesn't mention it, but it would be nice to have a ballpark figure of the incidence rate [among infants]. The only thing I see that's closely related is the 26% of infants that have a low birth weight (or something like that) (this is actually why I thought of that).

I glanced very rapidly at one of the sources, and then a PDF (from that source), but couldn't find it (checked rapidly though).

I added a figure I found in my embryology textbook. To be honest I am not entirely satisfied with the place I put it in the text, but at least it’s there now.
