Amendment 64 campaign logo image

[edit]

Amendment 64 campaign logo image dispute I just added the logo of the original Amendment 64 campaign in Colorado. In this edit another editor emoved the image with the edit summary "logo fair use is usually constrained to an article about a particular organization". While I do not disagree that may be the norm I think the image, which clearly reads "Campaign to Regulate Marijuana like Alcohol" is significant. One reason it is significant is that the image does not say cannabis. Another reason the image is significant is that the same slogan is being used all across the US in an attempt to change other state laws. I encourage others, including the reverter to discuss things here. If there are no objections after a while, I will just restore it. Thanks. --Potguru (talk) 15:37, 28 March 2016 (UTC) [reply]

I propose that this conversation is moved to Wikipedia:Non-free content review where people with appropriate expertise on media copyright issues can participate. - Brianhe (talk) 03:02, 1 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
I'm not opposed to that. Here is the location of the image: https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/File:Yes_on_64!_Campaign_to_regulate_marijuana_like_alcohol.png --Potguru (talk) 08:03, 1 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
