She is a 5x best-selling author of Clean Green Eats, Clean Green Drinks, Pretty Delicious, Cook Yourself Sexy and Cook Yourself Thin. Candice is a regular contributor to E! News, The Dr. Oz Show and Today. A Top Chef alumna, Candice has appeared as a regular judge on Iron Chef America and Beat Bobby Flay. She regularly contributes to lifestyle publications such as Prevention, Yoga Journal, Men's Journal, Elle, Cosmopolitan, Shape, Men’s Health, Clean Eating and Well & Good. She volunteers at dozens of charitable organizations and has traveled the globe surfing, soul-searching, modeling and researching wellness. She lives in New York City.

Candice has dedicated much of her time to philanthropic work, volunteering and mentoring in her community.

She works in collaboration with The White House Initiative for AAPI, The Resolution Project, Thousand Days, The Japan Society, Wellness in The Schools (WITS), Health Corps, The US Japan Council, The Chef’s Garden and The James Beard Foundation on a volunteer basis. She serves as a mentor for high school and college students through Health Corps and The Resolution Project; and volunteers at her local hometown church and soup kitchens throughout San Diego, CA.

As an invited speaker, Candice has collaborated to spread her message of wellness with various brands including Equinox, Pure Yoga, The Bar Method, Lululemon, Whole Foods, Yale University, USD, The NBA, Shape Magazine, Reebok, Men's Fitness, ABC Home, NYC Slow Food, The Natural Gourmet Institute and Well + Good.
