I did some cleanup

[edit]

I removed some bad references that lead to dead websites and some external links, if anyone is wondering what I did. Neosiber (talk) 08:40, 7 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Lede

[edit]

Looks like there is a lot of talk here on the talk page about improving the article, but not a lot of follow-up. The lede is what concerns me at the moment. There is a citation needed in the first sentence, that is not called for if the body of the article includes this, which it does. I think the lede needs to be toughened up and clearer. I'll see what I can do and you all can discuss and maybe together we can make it better? Sgerbic (talk) 21:07, 11 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

This page continues to turn into a promo for Cancer Research Center. And, it's hard not to conclude that the vast majority of the recent edits have been done by a Single-purpose_account with a conflict of interest. (Editor was warned of this in July). There are also a number of inappropriate citations, including press releases. Adding corresponding tags to the page. JoelWhy?(talk) 15:19, 31 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Purpose of the talk page

[edit]

I think most of us understand that CTCA has a, to put it mildly, rather controversial history. That being said, this talk page is for discussing the content of the encyclopedia article, not for public memorials, corporate complaints, or testimonials. I have removed the inappropriate discussions, and encourage anyone who is here to discuss their own personal experiences with this company to seek a more appropriate forum. See WP:TALK, WP:SOAP, and WP:MEMORIAL for further information on what is appropriate content for articles and talk pages. nf utvol (talk) 16:16, 19 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
