Neutral point of view

I tagged this article as WP:POV. A lot of the article reads like marketing copy and/or like it was copied directly from a Red Cross website. It uses the word "our" twice and "we" once to describe the Red Cross' activities, which is by definition first person commentary and not a neutral point of view.
