Remix - Official single?

I don't think the remix of "I Can't Believe It" is an official single. I haven't seen any sources claiming that it is a single. As far as it is concerned, it's a single on the iTunes music store but for promotional reasons, not as an official single. the poster took it off youtube but i have it playing on my computer
