In need of editing

This article seems to be in desperate need of review. It might be free of grammatical errors and cover the topic, as noted above, but the bulk of the text consists of quotations of source material. And now I think I accidentally deleted the part of this section that said that the article is free of grammatical errors. Help, please? kpeck1916 21:09, 26 April 2012 (UTC)

Non encyclopedic edit
