Merger proposal
[edit]I propose that Union Pacific International Railroad Bridge (Eagle Pass–Piedras Negras) be merged into Camino Real International Bridge. The two articles appear to discuss the same bridge, but use different names.
- I don't believe these are the same bridges. The Union Pacific International Railroad Bridge (Eagle Pass-Piedras Negras) seems to be a strictly railway bridge, where as the Camino Real International Bridge is at least a hybrid, or possibly even a road/pedestrian bridge. You can see in the description of the bridge in this article notes that difference, not to mention that the rail bridge is owned by UP, and the Camino Real is owned by the City of Eagle Pass. I agree the Union Pacific article is very minimal and perhaps it could be merged with another article, but I don't think it's appropriate to merge these two.
