The Did You Know enumerated this article to be noted for the police department's Union busting, however I didn't find any of that in the article. Huh, maybe I should read it more slowly? Damotclese (talk) 21:21, 1 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
It's located in the third paragraph of the section entitled "Establishment of county department." The department itself was not accused of union busting. The criticism was regarding the creation of the non-unionized county department to replace the unionized city department, through an agreement between the county and city governments.
