Apart from fulfilling the NORG Coverage Criteria[1][2][3][4], I would argue in favor of this organisation's notability due to its ostensible impact on supranational policy and regulation, which, in turn, does imply a significant impact on society. Moreover, while keeping in mind non-inheritability, please note the abovementioned peer organisations which seem to exhibit the same hierarchical status and impact as the institution in question.
