Rewriting

[edit]

This article, while full of information wasn't written with an encyclopedic tone. I had to trim down a lot of content. I'm leaving the trivia section for now, even though there shouldn't be one. Fishhook (talk) 07:28, 28 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Best Known For

[edit]

Which role is he best known for? The article states two different roles. He can't be best known for both. 12.107.188.130 (talk) 14:55, 19 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Of course he can. He is not, however, a martial artist. Krav Maga is not a martial art and taking classes at the local YMCA does not make someone a martial artist. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 58.34.11.119 (talk) 16:31, 18 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Photo

[edit]

This actor has usable photos on an official website. I can't upload one, so for someone who can here is an image (http://i367.photobucket.com/albums/oo111/Ashleydenee/Website%20Images/CamGigandet.jpg). Ashleydenee (talk) 02:15, 30 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Cam Gigandet

[edit]

Cam's birth name is CAM, not CAMERON.

Cam is not filming "Scream of the Banshee"

Pronounced

[edit]

I doubt there is a ɪ at the end, the source is not very sure! It seems to be e French pronunciation, no? /dʒiːɡɑːnˈdeɪ/ -> /dʒiːɡɑːnˈdɛ/ — Preceding unsigned comment added by 78.237.28.188 (talk) 11:36, 8 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The name Gigandet stems from the Greek Gigantes {plural} (Gamma, iota, gamma, alpha, ni, ta, epsilon and sigma), and Gigas {singular}as they were the sons of Gaia (Gamma, alpha, iota, alpha) and meant "giants" and hence the English adoption as "Giant".09:24, 21 March 2013 (UTC)~~ — Preceding unsigned comment added by 124.185.45.218 (talk)
