Most common meaning missing

[edit]

Isn't the most common meaning of "California stop" missing here? E.g.

  • [1] not coming to a full stop at a stop sign or running it all together.
  • [2] A California stop occurs when a driver rolls through that stop sign without fully getting to stop the vehicle.
  • Wiktionary: Synonym of rolling stop
