This really needs a citation if this claim is to be used. Abolished = "1.outlaw something: to put an end to something such as a law." If the Raisen Advisory Board was abolished then how could it have been replaced? That would mean it was outlawed, AKA the promotion of raisens would have been outlawed... Please provide citation or do something about the use of English... PLEASE!
