[edit]Should this page not just redirect to California Statutes or that page redirect here? They seem redundant. That page is not much more detailed than this one, but given the titles, we probably only need one of these two articles... --Jayron32|talk|contribs 05:36, 26 October 2007 (UTC)
- CA law consists of 29 codes (of which the Civil Code is but one), the "statutes" (which are discussed in California Statutes, and the state constitution. The two articles deal with separate (but related) things. Ccollom 06:23, 26 October 2007 (UTC)
- Kewl beans. Thanks for clearing that up! --Jayron32|talk|contribs 06:25, 26 October 2007 (UTC)
- N/P. Your question made me realize that some clarification should be made within the articles. Thank you. (Also, I'm a noob) Ccollom 06:29, 26 October 2007 (UTC)

Should our presentation mimic New York Codes, Rules and Regulations?
[edit]I used http://www.dos.state.ny.us/info/nycrr.html to organize New York Codes, Rules and Regulations. In that case, it was appropriate for each Title of the code to point to a corresponding department of state government.
Now, I'm not familiar with California government. Is it appropriate to attempt the same kind of organization using http://www.leginfo.ca.gov/calaw.html ?
