I suggest to merge the first one to the latter, as the latter describes the executive arm of the Political framework. For any other information regrading the inter-political relations between different organs, one can look in the article Politics of North Korea. Most of the info in Government of North Korea talks about the Cabinet, which is the executive branch of the state power. Info about the cabinet is written in short in Politics of North Korea which describes the framwork of the political system, and the inter-relations between various elements, and describe more in depth in the current article. To make clear, all info in the Government of North Korea article is included, and expanded and written better in Cabinet of North Korea, so that no info will be excluded. Another example, Government of Germany article leads to Politics of Germany. In that article one can read the section about the executive branch- Cabinet of Germany, or to visit the page itself for further info. Superzohar Talk 15:35, 27 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

There's already a discussion about this at Talk:Government of North Korea#changing article name to Cabinet of North Korea, which you've abandoned for some reason. This zeal for removing Government of North Korea seems to have started following your unexplained blankings of this referenced sentence in the intro:

North Korea's Songun "Military First" policy elevates the Korean People's Army within North Korea as an organization and as a state function, granting it the primary position in the North Korean government and society. It guides domestic policy and international interactions.

...in this edit on the 13th, and this second blanking on the 15th, three hours after I unblanked it. I notice that there is no mention of Songun in the newly "merged" article, Cabinet of North Korea.
As I've already asked at Talk:Government of North Korea#changing article name to Cabinet of North Korea, why should an article about a country's government be moved to the article about its executive branch? There's an entire category Category:Government of North Korea: should all those articles talk only about the executive branch too? The fact that there's no umbrella article yet on the Government of Germany can be answered by the numerous counter-examples of umbrella articles on the governments of many other countries, such as Government of South Korea. If an article's missing for Germany, then let's write one. And if Government of North Korea needs expansion, then let's expand it.
Please also stop WP:Edit warring by repeatedly removing the link to Government of North Korea from both Cabinet of North Korea and Template:Politics of North Korea, until there's WP:Consensus for an article merge. I'm trying hard to WP:Assume good faith here, but your repeated, unexplained blanking, and now this split of the discussion thread, are most unhelpful. The state apparatus which is the different branches and agencies of the north korean political system (government) is described in Politics of North Korea.Superzohar Talk 12:45, 28 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Politics of North Korea should mainly discuss the politics of the country, and Government of North Korea should mainly discuss its government, though some overlap of the two is to be expected. Captain Conundrum (talk) 09:32, 29 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
