Anyone have a link to Judge Kelly's order? It's been reported as a 20-page order, so it's obviously been available to news media, but I haven't seen the document posted as it so often is. It would make a good EL if anyone has a link. TJRC (talk) 01:30, 17 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I can't seem to find it. There's a bunch of other court documents popping up when I put the case number into Google though. Hopefully it'll be posted by someone in the media this week.TomCat4680 (talk) 01:17, 19 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Apparently it was not a written order. PACER has a an entry dated 11/16/2018: "Minute Entry and Order for proceedings held before Judge Timothy J. Kelly: Motion Hearing continued and held on 11/16/2018. Oral Ruling GRANTING [docket entry #2] MOTION for Temporary Restraining Order, for the reasons stated on the record in open court." So the closest thing to an order to link to would be the November 16 transcript, which is not available on PACER, but is separately orderable starting at $4 per page.
