Infobox and lead
[edit]- Infobox looks good!
- "for her fifth studio album" → "for her fifth studio album,"
- "and Rudy Pérez with" → "and Rudy Pérez, with" although are you sure the plural of productions is needed since all he did was produce it?
- Add a third sentence about the release of the song as a single
- "the divorce of her parents." → "the divorce of Velasquez's parents."
- "of the track was" → "of the song was"
- "nominated Pop Song of the Year at" → "nominated for Pop Song of the Year at the" because the current version does not read right
- "her second number one" → "becoming Velasquez's second number one"
Background and composition
[edit]- Wikilink Jaci Velasquez
- "later which was nominated a" → "later, which was nominated for the" although shouldn't you mention the year of each of these ceremonies?
- "and once again collaborates with" → "and once again collaborated with" although this does not source Perez as the producer, as he is mentioned as one of the two for the album but is the only one on this song so please write this part out somewhere
- Put more of the quote about what it embodies into your own words; for example you could change the last part of the first sentence to "after discovering a lover's betrayal."
- "by her parents divorce." → "by her parents' divorce."
Promotion and reception
[edit]- the Washington Post → The Washington Post per MOS:CAPS with this being a publication's name
- I would say you should start a new paragraph at the awards since it feels too much having all this info jumbled into one para; if the commercial part looks odd at the end of an awards para, you can move it to the end of the first para here if you would like
- "it was nominated" → "it was nominated for"
- Pipe Billboard to Billboard (magazine)
- "making it her" → "making it Velasquez's"
Charts
[edit]- Good

References
[edit]- Copyvio score looks superb at 3.8%!!!!
- Wikilink Los Angeles Times on ref 2
- Cite CNN as publisher instead on ref 3
- Wikilink AllMusic on ref 4 instead of ref 5
- Pipe Billboard to Billboard (magazine) on ref 8
Final comments and verdict
[edit]- On hold until all of the issues are fixed; this did not take long as we knew! --K. Peake 12:44, 8 December 2024 (UTC)
- Hey Kyle! No long time no see! Sorry about somewhat absence from Wikipedia and not reviewing your FAC, I'm battling with my personal demons. I think I got just about everything and went above such as mentioning the year-end chart on the prose and sourcing Piloto as one of the two co-writers. The only trouble I had was the quote about the song. I've trimmed it down if that helps too while also using your suggestion. Erick (talk) 21:27, 8 December 2024 (UTC)
- ✓ Pass now, I made a few fixes where this was incomplete yet thanks a lot for getting back on this so fast and I understand taking some time away! --K. Peake 08:57, 9 December 2024 (UTC)
